A key to awareness

Many people ask me how can stop the carousel of thoughts. Our mind should follow our breathing. And breathing is a bridge between our body and mind: it happens independently of our conscious but if we want we can control it through our conscious. in this way we can influence our mind and body. If we follow our breathing we stay in here and now where thoughts are needless. Our thoughts are related either to future or to past. If we are aware of the moment every thought is blended out.

Meditation classes include breathing technics and take place online and at our Paulus Location depending a day and a time.

Join our morning sessions online Mondays and Wednesdays. If it's too early or you prefer to benefit from the meditation atmosphere, we also practice Fridays over lunch.

Online classes: Mon+Wed 6:30 to 7:30 am online (please contact by email to subscribe)

Classes at Paulus Location: Burgunderstrasse 42, Basel Fri 12:15 to 1:30 pm. Subscribe: 0784006534.

cost: Online - single class for CHF10 or take 5/10 pack for resp. CHF 50/100. At Paulus location: Single entry CHF25, or take 10x pack for CHF200 and have 20% off for the first 10.
