A key to awareness

Many people ask me how can stop the carousel of thoughts. Our mind should follow our breathing. And breathing is a bridge between our body and mind: it happens independently of our conscious but if we want we can control it through our conscious. in this way we can influence our mind and body. If we follow our breathing we stay in here and now where thoughts are needless. Our thoughts are related either to future or to past. If we are aware of the moment every thought is blended out.

classes

Meditation courses include breathing techniques to get you started and are partly guided. The goal is, that everyone is able to meditate in a silence for at least 15 min.

Location: Courses take place in the Taichi Studio Winkelried (Winkelriedspaltz 6, 4053 Basel).

Join our lunch sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Time: Mon+Wed 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. (please contact to subscribe).

Costs: Single entry for CHF 30 or pack of 5/10 for or CHF 125 resp. CHF 230.
