Through several years of professional experience, intensive study of martial arts, qigong and meditation, I have learned to take care of my mental and physical health. This is how I came to study and practice Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I believe that mind and body belong together, that physical wellbeing is critical to mental health, and that emotional balance is essential to physical healing.

I share this holistic vision with my patients and encourage them to take responsibility for their health. This also allows me to offer my experience as a martial artist and nutritionist. My practice is located at two locations in Basel: in the Paulus and Kleinhüningen quarters.


Regular physical activity and a healthy diet are the best investments in future health. This is one of the most important pillars of successful therapy.
